General
All the items in the shop (excluding cards) are hand made to order so please allow 2 weeks delivery time. The cushions and tubelights may take slightly longer. If you have any queries about your order please contact Caroline.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided all of the products are unopened and intact. If you cancel Caroline will reimburse the full order price within 30 days from the date of notification, minus the cost of collection of the order.

Shipping
Shipping is to UK mainland only. Your order is aimed to be processed and delivered within 5 working days. During peak times this may be slightly delayed.
